- Please give 48 hours notice for cancellations of spa packages and 24 hours notice for any other service so we may accommodate another guest in your place and to avoid a possible cancellation fee of 50%.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late services will be compromised.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to all packages to ensure your day starts on time
- Refreshments always served in our lounge.
- Although we love children, due to insurance reasons and courtesy towards other guests, we cannot accommodate them.
- All of our Technicians are New York State Licensed.
- Any health issues should be discussed with the therapist before any treatment is performed.
- All medical conditions should be discussed with your physician before any service is received.
- All Packages include catered spa lunch
- If not receiving a package but would like a catered spa lunch, one can be provided for you for $10.00. Please order when scheduling services. Also specify if you are a vegetarian.

Our hours are from 9am – 7pm on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday; and from 9am – 5pm on Friday and Saturday. We are closed on Sunday and Monday. Once you visit, you will be sure to want more information about our annual memberships.
