A major credit card is required to hold your reservation. Spa Policy To ensure availability, we suggest you reserve appointments in advance. We make every effort to accommodate last minute appointments when possible. Due to the individualized nature of services we offer, our spa specialists prepare treatment rooms and services in advance for each client. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to single services and 5 days prior for spa packages or parties. We reserve the right to charge 50% for appointments not cancelled within this period. If you find that you are running more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, we ask that you call and reschedule so that we may be on time for other scheduled clients. 1. Arrive 15 minutes early to relax and prepare for your treatment. 2. A locker is available for your clothes and valuables. For your comfort, robes and slippers are provided for you to change into. Your therapist will keep your body draped accordingly and only expose areas to be treated. 3. In consideration of all guests, we ask that you either turn off pagers and cell phones or use the vibrate setting when you are visiting the spa.
